CANCELLATIONS
You may request cancellation of you insurance policy by contacting your  Hix Insurance Center agent

REFUNDS
All transactions processed for the Budget Premium payments are eligible for a refund within 3 days of transaction date of payment if the cancellation meets underwriting requirements and does not cause the account to be in arrears. Cancelled payment refunds will be issued to the original credit card or checking account from which payment was made. To request a refund, contact your Hix Agency representative at 1-888-536-6449. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for a refund to be credited.
